You would like to make your own ice cream cake or semifreddo, but have not yet found a suitable mold? Then you are exactly right here. The hemisphere mold, is ideal for making semifreddi or even ice cream cakes. The hemisphere mold made of food-safe plastic is cold-resistant and is therefore ideal for making cold cakes.

Semifreddo is the Italian word for semi-frozen and basically means nothing more than ice cream parfait. Ice parfait differs from ice cream in that it is not made in an ice cream machine, but the freezer. Another difference from ice cream, is the fact that parfait is not made under constant stirring, but standing.

With nothing more than cream, eggs, sugar and flavors, the parfait is made. A little tip from us - make different colored parfaits and layer the different varieties during the freezing process. Not only visually you can create a highlight, but also taste. Pair flavors that you would not expect together. Or confuse the consumer with the colors and the corresponding flavors.
