First, your course leader demonstrates the key techniques:
Then it is your turn: every participant gets a prepared cake to cover with fondant and decorate to their own design. Cutters, embossers, tools, coloured fondant and royal icing are all provided, and the course leader helps whenever something does not work first time.
For anyone who wants to decorate birthday or family cakes themselves and has little experience with fondant so far. If you would like to learn the cake basics first, start with Cake basic course 1. To go further afterwards, the sugar flowers course or the buttercream flowers course is the next step. You will find everything on offer in our cake courses overview.
Our public courses take place in Adliswil, about 20 minutes from Zurich main station. This course takes place in Adliswil only; corporate and team events elsewhere in Switzerland are available for chocolate and praline courses only.
