  • Pearls and balls: sugar pearls in pearlescent, silver, blue and turquoise, crunchy balls and mini crunchy balls in gold, silver, pink and more. All pearls are under sugar pearls.

Tips from our kitchen

  • Timing: sprinkles, pearls and sugar decorations stick best when you add them straight after piping, while the shells are still fresh.
  • Attaching flowers: on a finished macaron, fix flowers with a dab of ganache or melted couverture.
  • Shimmer: apply glitter dust and gold dust with a fine brush. A little goes a long way.
  • Storage: keep dried flowers dry and away from light.

Everything for shells and fillings is under macarons.
