Food-shaped silicone moulds turn desserts and bakes into fruit, vegetables, nuts or eggs that look surprisingly real. In this category you will find more than 80 moulds in the shape of food.

Which food silicone moulds do we stock?

For fruit the choice runs from apple, half pear and citrus fruit to strawberry and mango (each with cutter), to banana, cherries, berries, mandarin, blackberry and peach XL. Vegetables come as tomato, cherry tomatoes, carrot, pepper, peas and corn on the cob. There are also nuts (walnut, hazelnut, peanut, almonds, chestnuts), mushrooms, eggs and Easter eggs, shells, crabs, plus butter pieces, quenelles and ricotta. For whole cakes there are round moulds (Ø 17 and 18 cm) such as hazelnut, raspberry, berries or basket.

What can you make with them?

  • Trompe-l'oeil desserts: mousse or cream shaped like fruit or vegetables, finished with glaze or spray.
  • Apéro and sides: serve butter, quenelles or ricotta in shape.
  • Decoration: patterned silicone mats (honeycomb, herringbone, zigzag, wave) for crisp decorations.
  • Easter: Easter eggs and an Easter cake (Ø 16 cm).

Tips from our kitchen

The finer the structure of the mould, the more important it is to freeze the mixture solid before turning it out. Our recipe for cherries with mirror glaze shows how real a mousse can look. With the mats you can make Hüppen: edible décor for plates and desserts.
