With a silicone cake mould you can make mousse cakes, entremets and bakes in special shapes: round, heart, dome, log or flower. We stock more than 30 moulds for whole cakes.

Which silicone cake moulds do we stock?

Round moulds come in Ø 12, 14, 16 and 18 cm, plus cylinders (Ø 15, 18 and 20 cm). For special occasions there are hearts (small, large, Eros, with bow), Twister moulds (Ø 14 and 16 cm), a dome (Ø 18 cm), Galaxy, Goccia, Floris flower, London ring and the Trinity ring set. Seasonal favourites are the tree trunk (Ø 18.5 cm), Bûche Elegance (25 x 7.5 cm), fir tree forest, forest and the Easter cake (Ø 16 cm). A 3-piece set makes rectangular layer cakes possible.

What to look for

  • Diameter: 12 to 16 cm for small cakes, 18 to 20 cm for larger rounds. To adapt a recipe to your mould, read how to convert a cake recipe.
  • Mousse cake or baked cake: for mousse, stand the mould on a tray, fill, freeze and turn out. For sponge or batter, a tray under the mould helps.
  • Pattern: shapes such as Twister or Floris give the cake a relief that needs little extra decoration.

Tips from our kitchen

Put the base in the mould first (for example a sponge from our basic recipe), then the mousse. After freezing, gently ease the mould away from the sides. For sharp edges, surround the cake with a ring from the baking frames & cake rings. Classic metal cake tins are in the bakeware for cake.
