Cream cake course - Just for Fun

Probably the best known and most popular slice in Switzerland - the Cremeschnitte!

In our cream slice course you will learn how to make this delicious Swiss classic.

We show you how to make your own puff pastry quickly and easily. In addition, we use real Swiss butter in our puff pastry recipe, which gives our Cremeschnitte a super delicious and crispy puff pastry base at the end.

The vanilla cream is the heart of every cream cake! With the vanilla cream, we make a stable version without gelatine (vegetarian), with a delicious vanilla note in the cream, which comes from real vanilla seeds.

Buttercream Cupcakes

Once the puff pastry has been made, baked and the vanilla cream has cooled, you're ready to go. It's time to start layering the individual layers. The recognisable feature of each cream cake is clearly the beautiful, glossy white icing on top. We'll show you how to spread it on so beautifully glossy and evenly.

As your freshly made cream slice must be sufficiently cold before cutting, you can only cut your slice at home. Our course leader will show you how you can easily cut individual, beautiful pieces at home! So let's go: layer, cut and enjoy!

The course is suitable for adults and young people from the age of 12. A maximum of 12 people per course can participate. Please note that participation is only possible for registered persons. Accompanying persons are not permitted on our courses.

Water, coffee & tea are available before and during the course. (You are welcome to bring sandwiches or anything else to eat).

What you take home

In the end, you take home a whole cream slice in one piece. After an additional hour of cooling at home, you can easily cut it into approx. 10 - 12 pieces. You also get a detailed recipe booklet with the exact step-by-step instructions.

Diploma

All course participants will receive a course diploma by email after the course.

Discount voucher

All course participants receive a 10% voucher after the course. This can be used in our shop in Adliswil to purchase materials or redeemed in the online shop within one year. Courses or value vouchers are excluded from the discount voucher.
