If you make your own moulds, you will also find sheets for vacuum forming machines in white (0.5 mm) and clear (1 mm).

Tips from the confectionery

Fill small, detailed moulds such as letters or coffee beans with a paper piping cone so the couverture lands exactly in the cavity. For hollow shapes like footballs, eggs or dessert cups, fill the mould, tip it out after a short while and leave only a thin shell. Repeat once more for a sturdier shell. Only unmould when everything is well chilled. To join two halves, melt the rims briefly on a warm plate and press them together.

Bunnies and St Nicholas figures are in our figure moulds, spheres for hot chocolate bombs in the hemisphere moulds. The full range is under chocolate moulds.
