Here you will find information on the various payment methods, as well as the factors that may affect their availability.

Payment methods

We always strive to offer you a wide range of payment options; you can currently choose from the following:

• Prepayment (dispatch upon receipt of payment)
• Payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express)
• Postcard & Post E-Finance
• Twint
• PayPal
• Payment on collection in Adliswil (cash or via Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, Maestro or American Express)
• Invoice (see below for details)
• Invoice with instalment option via Powerpay (see below for details)

Payment by invoice via miniSchoggi

When purchasing on account, miniSchoggi pays in advance to ensure the shopping process is as pleasant and straightforward as possible. However, when ordering on account, an automatic credit check is carried out. Unfortunately, we have had to introduce this measure as there have been many cases of fraud in the past. During the credit check, it may be the case that purchase on account is not possible due to a lack of payment history with our partner, discrepancies in addresses, outdated data held by the provider, or other address discrepancies. Should this occur, we apologise and very much hope that another payment method is available. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Payment on account with instalment option via Powerpay

This payment option was introduced at the request of customers, so that larger amounts in particular do not have to be settled within 14 days but can be paid in instalments. As this is unfortunately not possible for miniSchoggi as a start-up, the provider Powerpay was brought in to offer this option. This also means you’ll receive convenient monthly invoices if you’ve placed several orders with miniSchoggi or Powerpay’s partner shops. Please note that miniSchoggi has no control over this payment method. Details regarding any additional fees, as well as the terms and conditions, invoice delivery, etc., can be found at www.powerpay.ch. 

Restrictions on payment methods

Depending on the product or delivery method, not all payment methods may be available. For example, payment on account is not possible for vouchers, customised products or for collection in Adliswil. This is due to the associated processing procedures; we thank you for your understanding.
