1. put the fruit puree together with one part sugar, which was mixed together with the pectin and water in a pan and boil everything together briefly. As soon as the fruit puree starts to boil, add the glucose and sugar. Boil everything together and then remove from heat, now add the citric acid. Now immediately transfer the contents of the pan into a funnel and pour into the prepared jelly fruit. Leave at room temperature overnight and unmold the next day. Now put the finished jelly fruits in the granulated sugar.
