Praline Studio - "Just for Fun

Come and visit our praline atelier! For two hours, you can fill, seal and creatively decorate your own chocolates under the guidance of a professional chocolatier. Of course, you'll also get to taste and enjoy the chocolates in between. At the end, you'll take home 35 exquisitely packaged chocolates and truffles and the memory of a great experience.

Experience the art of the chocolatier at first hand. Everyone can take part in our sweet praline atelier!

Children and young people from the age of 10 can dive into the world of chocolate with us and create their own pralines and truffles, decorate them and take them home at the end. The course is perfect for spending a cosy afternoon as a family and enjoying a sweet experience together.

Praline fillings

After a short introduction to the world of chocolate, everyone is then allowed to make their own 35 pralines just as they like, with the most delicious fillings freshly prepared by us.

There are 6 different praline fillings to choose from:

Creamy hazelnut filling

Caramel filling with fleur du sel

Fruity mango filling

Sparkling champagne filling

Dark chocolate filling

Classic vanilla filling with bourbon vanilla

The homemade praline creations can then be embellished with all kinds of decorations such as glitter, decorative sugar, flower petals, coffee beans, freeze-dried fruit and nuts.

Course schedule - Praline Studio

. The truffle balls are coated with chocolate one more time and twisted in coconut shavings, chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder to give them their final appearance. The final result is beautifully packaged so that you can enjoy your own delicious creations at home or give them to your loved ones as gifts.

The chocolates can be brought to friends or relatives, for example, and the small delicacies are a very personal gift in elegant packaging. Of course, it's also worth nibbling on the delicacies yourself. With our recipe book (over 50 pages), we'll make sure you can be a chocolatier at home next time.

Please note that we do not cover the tempering of couverture on this course. If you would like to learn how to temper couverture correctly, we recommend that you attend our couverture tempering course.

The course is suitable for adults and children from the age of 10. A maximum of 20 people per course can participate. Please note that participation is only possible for registered persons. Accompanying persons are not allowed on our courses.

Catering

Water, coffee & tea are available before and during the course. (You are welcome to bring sandwiches or anything else to eat).

What you take home

35 homemade chocolates & truffles and a detailed recipe booklet with over 50 pages and 20 exclusive recipes for easy making at home.

Diploma

All course participants will receive a course diploma by email after the course.

Discount voucher

All course participants receive a 10% voucher after the course. This can be used in our shop in Adliswil to purchase materials or redeemed in the online shop within one year. Courses or value vouchers are excluded from the discount voucher.

With one of our delicious praline courses we take you on a journey into the sweet world of chocolate! Whether alone, with the family or in a group we guarantee you a lot of fun and joy.

Have you always wanted to spend a few fun hours as a family event or in a group and make chocolates yourself? Then our praline course "Pralinenatelier" is the right place for you! Here you fill, close and decorate your own chocolates and take them home beautifully wrapped at the end.

Praline course procedure

Our praline course "Pralinenatelier" offers you two full hours of fun with chocolate and provides a chocolaty sweet experience. You will get an insight into the world of chocolate and may taste in this praline course at the beginning already different couvertures. Afterwards you make yourself immediately to the filling of pralines & truffles with liquid chocolate and the fillings selected by us just for you! These can vary according to the season. Examples of our handmade fillings are: Caramel, Vanilla, Lemon or Dark Chocolate with Orange. Let us surprise you! After the self-made chocolates and truffles are filled and coated with liquid chocolate, you will be shown how to professionally decorate chocolates and truffles yourself.

In this praline course you make 35 of your own chocolates and take them home beautifully packaged at the end of the course. With our recipe book in hand, we ensure at the end of the course that the next time you can be your own chocolatier at home.


The praline course "Just for Fun" is also a great Christmas event for you and your family. Making your own chocolates and then enjoying them yourself or giving them to your loved ones as a gift at Christmas time is great! The delicious creations can be used in many ways.

We offer the Praline Studio in Zurich, Adliswil and in Bern. Our courses can be paid in advance, on account, Paypal or directly with your credit card. All information will be sent to you immediately by e-mail.
