Which heart-shaped silicone moulds are available?

Tips from the bakery

The tip of the heart is the most delicate spot: fill it first and tap the mould lightly to avoid air bubbles. For mousse and cream, freeze, then unmould. On a heart-shaped cake board or plate the result looks especially pretty.

Can I bake a cake in a silicone heart mould?

Yes, the moulds suit sponge and shortcrust batters. For cheesecake or mousse, stand the mould on a tray so it does not slip.

Are heart moulds also available in metal?
