Summer baking means light desserts, ice cream, cupcakes with flowers and decorations that look good outdoors. In the Summer category you will find over 180 items for garden parties, picnics and the national holiday, from ice cream makers and cool bags to cutters with sea motifs.

What is there for ice cream and refreshments?

For homemade ice cream we stock a 1.5 litre ice cream machine, a double-walled ice cream container with lid (1300 ml), a Magnum ice cream mould, ice cream powder mix in vanilla and chocolate, a stainless steel ice cream spatula and XL silicone ice cube moulds. Also available are DeBeukelaer wafer cups and cornet wafers, blueberry purée and Monin syrups such as Orange Spritz and chocolate for drinks and desserts. Decorations with a summer feel

For cupcakes and cakes there are sugar decorations with flowers in pink, white, yellow and lilac, shells, ladybirds, bees and a summer mix. Cupcake cases come with lemons, ice cream cups or in fresh colours such as light blue, yellow and sea green. The cutters feature a fish, whale, dolphin, starfish, anchor or pirate ship, and for 1 August the Swiss cross, edelweiss and small Swiss flags. More shapes are in the cookie cutters.

• Transport in summer: cakes and desserts stay cooler in a cool bag with a cooling element. We stock cool bags in several sizes, for example from 25 x 22 x 15 cm to 50 x 33 x 20 cm.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make ice cream at home without a machine?

Yes, with the right technique. For parfait and simple ice cream recipes you do not need an ice cream machine. With our 1.5 litre machine, though, creamy ice cream is particularly easy.

Is there an ice cream course?

Yes, the ice cream course takes place in our bakery in Adliswil. Current dates are in the course list.

When do I need to order by?

Orders placed before 4 pm are dispatched the same day by A-Post, with delivery usually the next working day. Delivery is free from CHF 100, otherwise it costs CHF 9.
