Pastel de Nata Course

Pastel de Nata are small puff pastry, custard tarts which originate from Portugal. In our baking class, we will show you how to make these delicious cream tarts.

For our Pastel de Nata, we first make our own puff pastry using a special technique, which gives the puff pastry tarts from Lisbon their typical appearance. We use a cupcake baking tray to make the delicious cream cakes.

After the puff pastry has been made, the delicious custard for the cupcakes is now prepared. Then you can start laying out the pastry in the baking tin and filling the pudding. Finally, the pastel de nata go into the oven for a short time before they are dusted with icing sugar or cinnamon and eaten with relish.

At the end, everyone gets to take home their 12 homemade Paste de Nata tarts.
