Which square silicone moulds are available?

For small desserts and chocolates there are the Cube Mini mould with 30 cavities, the Quadrat 3 cm mould with 28 cavities, the Cube mould with 15 cavities and the Würfel mould with 20 cavities. The square mini cake mould with 6 cavities is made for individual portions. There are also Quadrat Modern, Cloud, Mars, Geschenke and Edelstein, with special surfaces and motifs. For Christmas there is the Bûche Lana at 24.5 x 9.5 x 7.7 cm.

Tips from the bakery

For mousse or cream cubes, fill the mould to the rim, level it and freeze, and the cubes release cleanly. A glaze or spray then gives them an even finish. Always stand the mould on a tray when filling.
