miniSchoggi was founded in February 2014 and specialises in professional courses and events as well as the distribution of baked products. The miniSchoggi team consists of skilled bakers, creative confectioners and real chocolatiers. Every day we live with the passionate urge to create new creations. With us, you will gain an insight into the world of freshly baked bread, the production of delicate cake creations or the sweet world of chocolate. The aim is always to enable you to put what you have learned into practice at home.

Since its foundation, the sweet community has been able to grow steadily thanks to you and to offer new courses all the time. All of the course leaders at miniSchoggi are trained professionals and look forward to welcoming you to a public course or event soon.
