miniSchoggi was founded in February 2014 and specialises in professional courses and events, as well as the sale of baking products. The miniSchoggi team consists of qualified bakers, creative pastry chefs and true chocolatiers. Every day, we are driven by a passionate desire to create something new. With us, you’ll gain an insight into the world of oven-fresh bread, the creation of intricate cakes, or the sweet world of chocolate. Our aim is always to ensure that you can put what you’ve learnt into practice at home.
Since we were founded, thanks to you, our sweet community has been able to grow steadily and continually offer new courses. All miniSchoggi course leaders are qualified professionals and look forward to welcoming you soon at a public course or event.
