You will find cake pans in more than 130 variations here: round, square, heart-shaped, Gugelhupf, tart and mini tins. Most metal tins come in several diameters and heights, so you have the right pan for every recipe.

Which cake pans do we have?

The basics are round cake tins from 10 to 30 cm diameter in 5, 7.5 or 10 cm depth, square tins from 10x10 to 30x30 cm, rectangular tins (for example 30 x 20 cm or 40 x 30 cm) and heart tins from 15 to 35 cm. For fruit cakes and flans there are fruit-flan tins (24 and 28 cm), flan trays from 20 to 28 cm and design tart tins with loose bases. Gugelhupf tins come as Klassika, Rose, Lotus or as a mini set, alongside Pandoro tins (500 g, 750 g, 1 kg), Christstollen tins, ring, dome and madeleine tins. Non-stick tins in rose gold, baking paper for springform and cake tins and mini wedding-cake tins round off the range.

Choosing the right tin

  • Tall cakes work in tins with a 10 cm rim, flat cakes and traybakes in 5 cm depth.
  • To bake a recipe in a different tin, compare the surface area: a 25 cm tin holds about 1.5 times as much as a 20 cm tin.
  • A loose base makes it easier to release tarts and delicate cakes.
