Delivery information from miniSchoggi
All orders received by 4 pm on working days are handed over to the post office on the same day. In warm weather, chocolate products and fruit purées are not dispatched on Fridays but only on Mondays, to ensure they arrive at your door chilled.
First-class post
We dispatch all orders via Swiss Post, using A-Post exclusively. This means that all orders received by 4 pm on working days can be delivered the very next day, so nothing stands in the way of your baking fun.
Dispatched from our Swiss warehouse
We dispatch all products directly from our own warehouse in Switzerland, all in a single parcel. We therefore do NOT offer dropshipping (direct dispatch from the manufacturer, usually from abroad) or multiple parcels for a single order, which makes things much simpler for you.
Recycling packaging
We pack orders in cardboard boxes made from a high proportion of recycled paper and cardboard, and we use only certified recycled paper as packing material. Where possible, we optimise our processes to reduce the amount of waste.
Reusable packaging
We reuse packaging material in perfect condition that we receive with our orders. Therefore, in exceptional cases, we may use plastic packaging, but only because we have received it and wish to reuse it.

Collection in Adliswil
You’re also welcome to place and pay for your order straight away via our online shop, and then collect it at your convenience from our shop in Adliswil at Webereistrasse 55. As the Adliswil branch does not stock our full range, there may be some minor restrictions on the products available.
You’re welcome to pop in during opening hours whenever you like, have a look around the shop and get some advice whilst you’re there.
Delivery in summer
Our refrigerated shipping packaging is designed to absorb significant temperature fluctuations. We also include cooling packs with refrigerated deliveries. These prevent the products from melting. However, you must explicitly select this option when placing your order. If your letterbox is exposed to strong sunlight or the temperature reaches around 25 °C, it is advisable to select this option when ordering chocolate products or chilled products (fruit purées, etc.). If this option is not selected, miniSchoggi GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability for the safe delivery of the products. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery to the EU/WORLD
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for products from the EU or other countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This is due to the extremely high shipping costs from Switzerland, as well as the associated customs clearance and billing process. Thank you for your understanding. We therefore recommend that you have your order sent to a friend in Switzerland or that you pop in in person the next time you visit Switzerland.
