All orders that arrive by 3pm on working days are handed over to the post office the same day. In warm weather, chocolate products and fruit purees are not dispatched on Friday, but on Monday, so they are guaranteed to arrive chilled.
A Mail shipping
We send all orders with the Swiss Post and exclusively A-Post. This means that all orders received by 3 p.m. on working days can be delivered the following day, so that nothing stands in the way of baking fun.
Shipping ex CH warehouse
We ship all products directly from our own warehouse in Switzerland in one package. Dropshipping (direct shipping from the manufacturer, usually from abroad) as well as multiple packages for one order therefore do NOT exist with us, which makes it massively simpler and easier for you.
Recycling packaging
We pack the orders in cardboard boxes with a high recycled content of paper and cardboard and use only certified recycled paper as stuffing material. Where possible, we optimise processes to reduce waste.
Reusable packaging
We reuse perfectly good packaging material that we receive with our orders. Therefore, in exceptional cases, we may use plastic packaging, but only because we have received it and would like to use it again

Costs for forwarding deliveries for machines (dough machine, automatic tempering devices)
The dough machines and automatic tempering units are shipped by forwarding agent or the products can be collected on site in Adliswil. These products are too large and too heavy to be sent by post, so part of the shipping costs will be charged there. These costs amount to CHF 100.- per shipment including VAT. You will receive your order within 2-3 working days and will be notified by telephone beforehand. Please check the consignment for any external damage as soon as you receive it. No claims can be made after you have notified us of receipt of the shipping documents. Thank you for your understanding.
Collection in Adliswil
You can also order and pay for your order directly via the online shop and then conveniently collect it from our shop in Adliswil at Webereistrasse 55. Because the Adliswil location does not stock the entire range, there may be minor restrictions on the range.
You can come by during opening hours at your convenience and take a look around and get advice on the spot if you have any questions or would like additional products.
Summer shipping
Our refrigerated shipping packaging is designed in such a way that major temperature fluctuations can be cushioned. We also enclose cooling pads with the refrigerated delivery. These prevent the products from melting. However, you must explicitly select this option when sending the items. If your mailbox is exposed to strong sunlight or the temperature reaches around 25°C, it is advisable to select this option when ordering chocolate products or chilled products (fruit purees, etc.). If this option is not selected, miniSchoggi GmbH will not accept any responsibility or liability for the correct delivery of the products. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping to the EU/WORLD
Unfortunately, we cannot accept product orders from the EU or other countries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This is due to the extremely high shipping costs from Switzerland and the associated customs clearance and clearing process. Thank you for your understanding. We therefore recommend that you have the order sent to a friend in Switzerland or that you come in person on your next visit to Switzerland.
Dispatch warehouse in Steinhausen
Online orders are shipped directly from our external warehouse in Steinhausen, which guarantees you the best availability and punctual deliveries. This warehouse is operated directly by us and managed by dedicated miniSchoggi staff.
However, there is no on-site sales in Steinhausen, nor are pick-ups possible, thank you for your understanding.
