Anise models and tirggel shapes

You want to bake homemade anise for Christmas, but you are still missing a suitable anise mold for it? In our bakery store you will find over 100 different anise models and tirggel molds. No matter whether you need a small or larger Springerle anise model mold, you will certainly find what you are looking for. The Anismodels also known as Springerle, are elaborately manufactured from synthetic resin. All our Springerle, anise molds and Tirggelformen were made by hand.

However, in order for an anise model to be created, it first requires a skilled woodcarver who carves a motif into the wood with great passion. This is then cast as a silicone mold. The silicone mold serves as the basis for the production of other anis models and Springerle form. Now the silicone models are filled with the mixed resin and baked. After that, the Springerlefromen are carefully molded and finally finished.

How to make aniseed cookies?

To make homemade aniseed cookies, of course, you need anise seeds. In addition, eggs are beaten together with sugar in the machine until foamy and then mixed with flour and anise to a dough. The prepared anise dough, is at the beginning still somewhat soft and sticky. But once it has been left to rest for a while, the dough can be rolled out easily with a little flour. The dough is rolled out to a thickness of 1 cm. Now you need for a perfect anise Guetzli still a suitable anise model for you typical embossing. Press the anise model firmly into the dough and then carefully remove it from the dough. However, an additional cookie cutter is used to cut out the embossed dough to fit. The cut out anise pastry is now placed on a greased tray and left to dry for at least 24 hours at room temperature before baking.

But the Springerle model can be used not only to make delicious anise pastries, but the anise models or Springerle models can also be used to make Tirggel, Spekulatius cookies, marzipan decorations, tragacanth decorations or paper reliefs.
