The modeling clay is excellent for making roses, flowers and figures, because the modeling clay dries quickly and then hardens. The mass can also be used to cover cakes or pies.
By adding sugar syrup, the chocolate becomes malleable and figures can be modeled from the mass. After lightly kneading the modeling chocolate can be used to make pretty decorations and figures to decorate the dessert creations.
