Porcini mushroom powder, 100 g
Mix some porcini powder into your flour or durum wheat semolina and then use it to bake bread or make your own pasta, so they get a great color as well as the incomparable aroma of porcini. With the powder you can also refine sauces and make various smoothies. Spinach contains vitamin B1 and B2 as well as potassium, phosphorus and zinc. So you create not only delicious and colorful, but also super healthy pasta.
Porcini mushroom powder - application
Porcini pasta
400 g durum wheat semolina
115 g whole egg
15 - 20 g porcini powder
Mix the semolina with the porcini powder and put it into a pasta machine. Alternatively, you can knead the dough by hand and then roll it out, but the use of a pasta machine is recommended. Once everything is well mixed, the pasta is pressed into shape with the machine. This way, you only have to cut the pasta from time to time. The homemade pasta only needs about 3 minutes in boiling salted water until it is firm to the bite and can be enjoyed.
You can also add the powder to your salad dressing or cream sauce to create a delicious and wonderfully creamy porcini sauce.
Even a loaf of bread can be flavored and lightly colored with porcini powder. This way you can create a spicy and visually appealing porcini bread. Fish and meat also get a delicious taste and a light coloring with a little porcini powder in the marinade.
