The set contains 2 reusable, semi-rigid moulds made from recycled APET plastic, with which you can create impressive desserts entirely on your own.
Create your own yule logs with a royal design
The Bûche Form Royale measures L 29.5 cm x W 8 cm x H 7 cm and gives your dessert an elegant, precise shape. You can fill the bûche with a variety of flavours: chocolate, fruit, Pistachio, or vanilla. For the surface finish, you can choose between a crunchy icing of dark chocolate, a smooth chocolate coating for a classic look, or no icing at all to let the sculptural shape speak for itself.
Reusable bûche mould made from recycled PET
The moulds are made from recycled APET plastic and are designed with sustainability in mind. The semi-rigid material makes them sturdy yet flexible enough to release the finished dessert cleanly from the mould. Both moulds can be used multiple times and are suitable for both the fridge and the freezer.
Cleaning and safety instructions
Wash with warm water and dry before first use. Wash and dry after each use. Do not expose the mould to a direct flame or an electric hotplate, and do not use sharp utensils. Not dishwasher- or oven-safe; not suitable for microwave use.
