With a Christmas bauble chocolate mould you can cast tree decorations that are good enough to eat. This category brings together almost 20 moulds for baubles, angels, candles and other Christmas figures, plus festive bar and praline moulds and an Advent calendar to cast yourself. Ideal if you like to give home-made presents at Christmas.

Which moulds will you find here?

  • Christmas baubles: classic bauble, bauble with rays, bauble with snowflake and the plain Christmas bauble mould.
  • Angels and figures: angel, angel with candle, 9-piece angel, candle and a two-part rocking horse.
  • Picture bars: the bar moulds Christmas village, Christmas baubles, Christmas friends and Advent calendar.
  • Pralines and small treats: Christmas bauble praline mould (30 pralines), gift praline mould (28 pralines), Christmas lollipop mould (8 pieces) and a butter biscuit cutter that doubles as a chocolate mould.

Shine and colour: tips from our kitchen

Baubles are all about colour. First brush or dab coloured cocoa butter into the clean mould, for example red or gold on the rays and the snowflake, and let it set. Only then pour the tempered couverture over it, so the colour sits right on the glossy surface.

Angels look best with contrast: brush the wings with white couverture first, then fill the rest with milk or dark couverture. Tap the filled mould gently on the worktop so that air bubbles rise out of the fine feathers and faces.

An Advent calendar to cast yourself

With the Wizard Advent calendar and the Advent calendar bar mould, the wait for Christmas becomes chocolate time. Allow plenty of time and cast the pieces on a cool day, so everything is ready for early December. Store the finished chocolate somewhere cool, dry and dark, but not in the fridge.
