Baking paper stops bread, biscuits and cakes from sticking to the tray and saves you greasing and scrubbing. We offer baking paper as pre-cut sheets in several sizes, in rounds, for springform and loaf tins, and on the roll. From a small pack for home to a bulk pack for the bakery, it is all here.

Which baking paper do we offer?

  • Sheets for the tray: 40 x 30 cm in packs of 25 or 50, 42 x 33 cm in packs of 25, XL 46 x 38 cm in packs of 15 and 43 x 34 cm in a bulk pack of 500.
  • Round: baking paper Ø 32 cm, 24 pieces, for tarts, pizza and cake bases.
  • For tins: baking paper for springform tins and for loaf tins, 10 pieces each.
  • Rolls: a 10 m roll in a dispenser and a narrow roll (length 25 cm, height 10 cm).

Sheets or roll?

Pre-cut sheets lie flat on the tray and do not curl up. That is handy for biscuits, piped bakes and rolls you want to place precisely. A roll is flexible when you need unusual sizes. Choose the sheet size to suit your baking tray: the paper should cover the surface without hanging far over the edge, so that air circulates well in the oven.

Tips from our bakery

To stop the sheet slipping, put a few dabs of butter or drops of water on the tray. You can prove bread dough straight on baking paper and slide it into the oven with the paper, or lift it into a hot cast-iron pot. After baking, slide biscuits off the tray on their paper: they cool calmly and the tray is free at once for the next batch – ideal for classics such as our cinnamon stars.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reuse baking paper?

For dry bakes such as biscuits, often two or three times, as long as it is clean and not brittle. If you want something longer-lasting, choose a silicone baking mat or reusable liner.

Where can I find everything for the tray?

Trays, paper and mats are all together under Baking tray & baking paper.
