A silicone baking mat replaces baking paper and can be used again and again. Biscuits, macarons, rolls and florentines come away cleanly, and you no longer need to keep buying paper. We offer silicone baking mats in several sizes and colours, a perforated mat for bread and pastries, and two reusable baking liners.

Which baking mats do we offer?

  • Silpat silicone mat, brown: the well-known brand in 40 x 30 cm and 52 x 31.5 cm.
  • White and black silicone mats: white in 52 x 31.5 cm and 58.5 x 38.5 cm, black in 52 x 31.5 cm.
  • Perforated silicone mat: 38.5 x 28.5 cm, finely perforated for bread, croissants and tart bases.
  • Reusable baking liners: a 50 x 40 cm liner (1 piece) and black liners 40 x 33 cm (2 pieces) – thinner than a mat and a reusable alternative to baking paper.

Mat, perforated mat or liner?

A silicone mat is a little thicker, lies flat and does not slip. It is ideal for macarons, biscuits, tuiles and caramel bakes. The perforated mat lets moisture escape; together with a perforated tray it gives rolls and bread a crisp base. The reusable liner is thin and flexible, used like baking paper and wiped clean after baking instead of being thrown away.

Tips from our bakery

Never cut with a knife on the mat, and always place it on a tray, not directly on the oven rack. Clean it with warm water and a soft sponge, let it dry well and store it flat or loosely rolled. If you bake a lot of macarons, have a look at our special macaron baking mats too.

Frequently asked questions

Do I still need baking paper on a silicone mat?

No, the mat replaces the paper. Greasing is usually not necessary.

Which recipe should I try?

Try our caramel florentine biscuits – caramel bakes release from the mat particularly easily. Disposable options are under baking paper, and everything for the tray under Baking tray & baking paper.
