Christmas sprinkles are the simplest edible Christmas decoration there is: a pinch on icing, a cupcake or chocolate, and your bake instantly looks festive. Here you will find more than 30 Christmas sprinkles, from classic nonpareils to colourful mixes with stars, reindeer and snowflakes.

Which Christmas sprinkles do we offer?

  • Nonpareils: red and white and red, white and green (100 g each) plus X-Mas (80 g) – the tiny sugar balls for biscuits, cake pops and chocolate edges.
  • Shaped sprinkles: mini stars, colourful stars (100 g), Christmas trees, snowflakes in white or white / light blue, reindeer and mistletoe.
  • Christmas mixes: "Weihnachtsfest", "Weihnachtszauber", "Weihnachtswünsche", "Weihnachtsmischung", "Fröhliche Weihnacht", red and gold Christmas, "Silberne Weihnachtszeit", "Frosty" and "Winterzauber" in bags of 50 to 70 g, plus the Christmas sugar sprinkle mix.
  • Super Streusel (90 g each): "AlleJahreWieder", "Klingglöckchen", "RentierRummel", "Schneesturm", "SchnuppiSchnupp", "Schöne Bescherung", "TannenTänzchen" and "WichtelWald".

Sprinkling tips

Sprinkles only stick to a tacky surface. So scatter them over fresh icing, over couverture chocolate that is still soft, or over buttercream before it sets. For cupcakes and cake pops with neat edges, pour the sprinkles into a shallow dish and dip the bake in upside down. On whipped cream and moist fillings, coloured sprinkles bleed over time – add them just before serving. Busy mixes look calmer when you pair them with a single-colour variety, such as white snowflakes with the red and gold mix. Once opened, seal the bag well and keep it dry, and your sprinkles will stay lovely until the next baking session.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bake sprinkles?

You can scatter nonpareils and simple sugar sprinkles over biscuits before baking, but the colours often fade a little. Sprinkles with fine shapes such as stars or reindeer are best added after baking, onto the icing.

What is the difference between nonpareils and sprinkle mixes?

Nonpareils are tiny round sugar balls in one or a few colours. Sprinkle mixes usually combine shapes, pearls and colours – for example stars, snowflakes and sugar pearls in one pack.
