What is FunCakes Dip 'n Drip?

FunCakes Dip 'n Drip is a ready-made sugar-based Fondant icing – fluid, glossy and incredibly versatile. It melts quickly and evenly in the microwave, adheres reliably to baked goods and sets completely once applied. The result: a satin-glossy surface that impresses both visually and in taste.

How do you use FunCakes Dip 'n Drip?

The application is as simple as it gets: pour the Fondant icing into a microwave-safe Bowl and heat at 340 watts for approx. 1 minute to a maximum of 37°C – check regularly to make sure the icing does not overheat. Then dip cupcakes or Donuts directly into it, pour the liquid icing over a cake, or coat Cream slices evenly. For finer decorative details, the icing can also be filled into a Piping bag and piped on as an ornament or accent.

Colouring and customising

FunCakes Dip 'n Drip can easily be coloured with Gel colors in any shade you like – from delicate pastels to vibrant red or elegant black. This makes the icing suitable for every theme, every occasion and every creation. 375 g is enough for approx. 20–24 cupcakes or Donuts, 1 kg for approx. 60 pieces.
