Churros mix, 325 g
Crispy outside, fluffy inside: with this mix you can make churros at home with ease. One bag makes around 20 churros. Just add water, milk, butter and eggs. You will find the exact quantities and method on the pack.
For perfect churros
- Make the batter as directed on the pack and fill it into a piping bag with a large star nozzle.
- Cook the churros until golden as directed on the pack.
- Roll them in sugar or cinnamon sugar while still warm, or dip them in melted chocolate.
