Baker knife replacement blades
The baker's knife replacement blades are perfect for the bendable and the straight baker's knife with replaceable blade. Once these knives are dulled after frequent use, the cover on the knife can be removed and the blade replaced.
Baker's knife replacement blades - Application
Always take good care of your fingers when working with the blades for the baker's knives. The blades are ground very sharp to guarantee optimal smooth and regular cuts.
To replace a dull blade, first loosen the cover on the blade. Then you can easily remove the blade. Put it aside, it should be safely disposed of afterwards. Then take a new blade to hand and put it on the small elevations on the knife. Then put the cover back on and you can cut delicious breads again.
This way you always have a sharp baker's knife, there is no need to dispose of old baker's knives and your breads always have a nicely cut crust.
