Yeast-raised pastries are boring, dry and unremarkable.
At least, that’s what most people think – and unfortunately, that’s often the case with many yeast-raised pastries. But it doesn’t have to be that way! In our yeast dough course, we’ll prove you wrong and show you just how quickly and easily you can make delicious yeast-based baked goods. We’ll also share recipes with you that you may never have tasted or even seen before.
In our yeast pastry course, you’ll learn how to make a variety of light, moist yeast pastries. At the start of the course, you’ll make your own yeast dough using the dough mixer. Afterwards, each person will prepare a different filling for the pastries.
The course instructor will then show you how to turn the yeast dough into fruity raspberry hearts, a moist nut plait, exotic mango and coconut rolls, chocolate swirls and a spicy pull-apart loaf.
At the end, you can take the yeast-raised pastries you’ve made home with you to enjoy. You’ll also receive a comprehensive recipe booklet featuring many more fantastic recipes that are anything but boring or dry.
