Application and properties
Bake your favorite Guetzli, cut out with the same Guetzli cookie cutter, fondant or marzipan. With the embossing set you now compose a small message, clamp the letters in the holder and press the letters into the rolled out fondant or marzipan. Now glue the fondant with some edible glue onto the Guetzli and you have a delicious cookie with a sweet message.
