With the ready-to-use Royal Icing Instant Mix, you can conjure up a fresh, handmade royal icing, also known as egg white icing, in just a few minutes.
All you have to do is mix the Royal Icing MIX with water and you have the perfect icing to decorate your creations. The white icing can easily be colored with gel colors. So you can easily decorate your baked goods like a pro. There are no limits to your creativity.
The egg white icing is suitable for adding fine ruffles, flowers, borders and other pretty patterns to your pastries, cakes or tarts. The mixture consists mainly of egg white and cane sugar. This can be piped onto a cake or cookies as ruffles using a piping bag and not only looks sweet, but tastes sweet too.
