Comb scraper - Use and properties
With this comb scraper, you'll create various patterns on chocolate in no time. With the sturdy comb scraper made of hard plastic and silicone, you can apply different, beautiful decorations with chocolate. The comb scraper is particularly suitable for creating precise chocolate outlines, for example on cakes as a cake border or for chocolate decorations. The cake insert strip or a more stable plastic works best as a base.
Apply tempered chocolate thinly to the strips and pull the pattern through with your chosen design of the comb scraper.
