Cake supports plastic Ø 4 mm, 12 pieces
The higher the better, at least that's true for cakes. You want to make a cake that will catch everyone's eye? Then the cake must have at least two tiers so that everyone can see the gem on the dessert buffet. To make sure you succeed, you should use cake supports to give your tier cake the best possible support. The rods are 30 cm long and have a diameter of 0.4 cm. They can be shortened to the desired length.

Cake supports application
The sticks can be easily shortened with scissors. To do this, insert the sticks completely into the cake until the sticks touch the cake base. Now mark the sticks on the cake surface of the first layer and cut them off at this point with the scissors. The sticks should now be as high as the first layer. Depending on the diameter and weight of the cake, you will need no more than 3-4 cake supports to get a stable cake. When the sticks are in the bottom layer, you can now take a thin cake base and place it in the middle of the cake. If you don't use this cake base, the top cake might crush the bottom cake and the top layer will just spike up on the pins. This bottom layer should be about 1 cm less in diameter than the cake you want to stack on top of it. This way you prevent the unsightly bottom of the support from being seen. Now place the next tier in the middle of the bottom cake, on top of the cake base.
No matter how many tiers your cake has, between each tier comes a cake base and on each base new pins. Don't try to put the pins over two tiers, or your cake may collapse in on itself.
Cleaning
The cake supports are not dishwasher safe. Wash by hand before use and dry well. The supports are reusable.
