On Buttercream, Fondant, Cake icing, icing or Ganache they can be placed a little earlier without any issue, as these surfaces release less moisture. If the finished decorated bake is stored in the fridge, keep the time there as short as possible – the humid air inside the fridge can also soften the decoration over time. Store any remaining figures in a cool, dry place away from light at 12–20°C in their original packaging – do not store in the fridge.
