The product includes 10 piping bags and 10 matching fine piping nozzles with a diameter of 0.5 mm .

If you want to apply filigree lettering or fine decorations, you need grommets with very small openings. This is no problem with this set. The grommets have a diameter of 0.5 mm and thus allow the finest creations.

Take the one piping bag at hand, cut off the tip and put in one of the small piping nozzles with the lid. Depending on the size, you may need to enlarge the hole a bit so that the tip sticks out in front but the whole nozzle doesn't fall out right away.

Fold the piping bag over a bit at the top and place it in a piping bag holder or a liter container. Now you can easily fill in your masses. You can use royal icing or writing chocolate for this. The mass must not be too thick, otherwise the spout is clogged or the injection of writings and patterns will be very tiring. The lid of the spout prevents the thin masses from running out.

The mass is now pushed down slightly, the bag is twisted in over the mass and you're ready to go. Write a personal message on cakes and chocolate surfaces or refine cakes, cupcakes or chocolate with noble patterns. Both the piping bags and the nozzles are intended for single use and thus guarantee optimum hygiene.
