The flower pollen is available in a variety of colors, including pink, yellow, orange, red, brown and white. So you can choose them to match your desired flower color. On the one hand, this allows you to make the whole flower in the same color or shade. On the other hand, it is easier to make a flower that looks really real. You can make several flowers that will look deceptively real with a little color and your loving handiwork. The delicate structure of these flower pollen gives them a realistic appearance and makes them look like real flower pollen on your baked goods.
At this point it is important to say that the flower pollen are made of plastic and are not suitable for consumption. They are used exclusively for decorating your baked goods. Make sure you inform your guests that they should always remove the flowers before enjoying the confectionery.

The pollen comes in large quantities, which allows you to make some flowers with it and you are completely flexible from the amount you need for your flowers. There are types of flowers, such as lilies, where a few single pollen is enough. Other flowers, such as a wild rose, have significantly more pollen to be recreated. The pollen is delivered to you as small balls, attached to a very thin wire on both sides. Now you have to decide how many pollen your flower should have. Let's say you decide to make a lily with 6 pollen. To do this, take 3 of the wires and tie another wire around the middle of the thin wires. Then you can bend both ends of the 3 wires upwards. So now you have 6 pollen at the same height. If you want to have them staggered you have to put them a little bit staggered before tying them together. Now you take for example fondant, marzipan or flower paste and make a small ball out of it. Now you push it from below over the wires to the point where you want the flower pollen to stick out. With this mass you can now fasten the individual wires of the pollen well so that later everything holds together and dries. From this ball you can now also attach the individual petals. So you have a basis and the leaves and pollen come from the same point.

Another variation is if you need 6 flower pollen just cut 3 of the wires from each other. Again, if you want to have uneven lengths, you should also cut them unevenly. Then you also make another small ball with your preferred mass. Now you coat the ends of the small wires with a little glue and then put them into the ball of, for example, flower paste. Depending on that, you can now also determine the distance between the individual flower pollen and the length of the individual wires. So you have again a basis from which you can then also make the petals.
