In Adliswil, at Webereistrasse 55, there is a large course/event room and a shop covering over 400m2 - in other words, everything your baking heart desires. Our other event and course rooms are also located in the neighbouring building at Webereistrasse 56. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Assortment in the baking accessories shop in Adliswil
In Adliswil, we stock a large selection of products and therefore have access to a wide range of products. We currently stock around 3,000 products on site. The quantity of each product in stock in Adliswil is displayed in the online shop.
Arrival by car:
From the village centre of Adliswil, follow Albisstrasse, turn left immediately after the hairdresser "Bucher Hair & Style", drive over the bridge and turn right. If you are coming from Langnau or Sihltal, turn right at the traffic lights.
You will find pay and display car parks along the Sihl. There is a charge of CHF 1 per hour, at any time of day and 7 days a week. Payable in cash, via Twint, Parkingpay or easypark app.
Travelling by public transport:
The "Sihlau" station (350 metres from the restaurant) can be easily reached by S4 from the main railway station in around 25 minutes. After arriving at the station, cross the river and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere along the Sihl. After walking a few metres along Webereistrasse, you will see a fountain with a cosy forecourt on your right and the entrance is just behind it.
You'll find the baking accessories shop at miniSchoggi right on the top floor
The entrance to miniSchoggi is directly opposite the Rössli restaurant. You can either take the staircase to get to the 5th floor or take the lift, which has its doors on the left in front of the entrance.
The lift is designed as a goods lift and therefore has light barriers. Please take care not to interrupt these during the journey, otherwise the lift will stop immediately and return to the 2nd floor after a few minutes for safety reasons. It is permitted to use the lift to transport people.
