Largest baking accessories shop in the Zurich region and professional course room from miniSchoggi in Adliswil
In Adliswil, at Webereistrasse 55, we have a large course/event room and a sales shop on more than 400m2 - in other words, everything a baker's heart desires. In addition, our other event and course rooms are located in the adjacent building at Webereistrasse 56. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Assortment in the baking accessories shop in Adliswil
In Adliswil we carry a large selection of the range and therefore you have access to a large selection of products here. We currently stock around 3,000 products on site. For each product, the quantity in stock in Adliswil is displayed in the online shop.
Arrival by car:
From the village centre of Adliswil, follow Albisstrasse, turn left immediately after the hairdresser "Bucher Hair & Style", drive over the bridge and turn right. If you are coming from Langnau or Sihltal, turn right at the traffic lights.
Along the Sihl you will find dozens of parking spaces, which are chargeable from Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 18:00 and cost CHF 1 per hour.
Arrival by public transport:
The "Sihlau" station (350m from Lokal) is easily reached by S4 from the main station within around 25 minutes. After arriving at the station, cross the river and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere along the Sihl. After walking a few metres along Webereistrasse, you will see a fountain with a cosy forecourt on your right and the entrance is just behind it.
You'll find the baking accessories shop at miniSchoggi on the top floor
The entrance to miniSchoggi is directly opposite the Restaurant Rössli. You can either use the staircase to get to the 5th floor or take the lift, which has its doors on the left in front of the entrance.
The lift is designed as a goods lift and therefore has light barriers. Please take care not to interrupt these during the journey, otherwise the lift will stop immediately and return to the 2nd floor after a few minutes, just to be on the safe side. It is permitted to use the lift to transport people.
