What contents are transparent bags suitable for?

Chocolate bars

When you think of chocolate, the classic chocolate bar is certainly one of the first things that comes to mind. It's simply wonderful to smell the tempting aroma when you open the wrapper and then break off a piece with a loud crack. Moulding your own bars with high-quality polycarbonate moulds and couverture is very easy and allows you to refine the treats with other ingredients as you wish. For gift packaging, choose the right packaging according to the size. In the supermarket, most chocolate bars are wrapped in aluminum foil, but for self-wrapping and especially for special shapes, we recommend using cellophane bags. Square bars are best stacked and placed in bags with a suitable base or individually wrapped in flat cellophane bags. The bag is then closed directly over the chocolate with a ribbon or a bow with a clip. In this way, the chocolate is perfectly protected, the tempting aroma is preserved and you can admire the delicacy through the bag.

Truffles

Truffles are delicious round pralines filled with all kinds of creams and ganaches and coated with chocolate and other ingredients such as coconut flakes, cocoa powder, fruit powder, ground nuts or chocolate sprinkles. A transparent bag is perfect for these little balls!

Dressed, cut and molded chocolates

More carefully designed chocolates can also be given as gifts in elegant bags. However, you should bear in mind that a praline is more likely to be slightly damaged when stacked than if it is carefully packed in a box and a chocolate capsule. However, if a small scratch or a missing corner is not a problem, this packaging is perfect! Because what the transparent bag lacks in protection, it makes up for in looks.

Macarons

There are transparent boxes specially designed for macarons. Cellophane bags are perfect, especially for larger quantities or if you want a slightly wilder look. The sweet parcel is sealed with a ribbon or a bow with a clip and is ready and waiting to be given as a gift.

Confectionery

Almond rochers, cornflakes heaps, delicious amaretti or fine Florentines - there are countless confections that deserve elegant packaging. A small box or a pretty transparent bag can be used for this purpose. The latter allows you to see the treats even when unopened.

Decorated cookies

Various figures are cut out of a shape-holding cookie dough, baked and cooled. Then they can be elegantly decorated with colored egg white icing and sugar pearls. The result is beautiful cookies for any occasion. If, for example, you would like to hand out cookies on the table as a small treat for guests or as a particularly sweet name tag, it is best to pack them in transparent bags. This way, they are easy to see and look decorative and at the same time they are well protected and can easily be taken home after the party.

Decorating the cookies is a small celebration in itself. With a little preparation, you can also decorate your own cookies together at a stag party or children's birthday party. Finally, they can be packaged nicely so that everyone can take their own works of art home with them. And if you want to keep things simple, you can also celebrate your bachelorette party at our place. Everything is prepared, the biscuits, egg white icing, sugar decorations and crunchy pearls are ready and all you and your group can do is enjoy and be creative, and at the end everyone goes home with their beautifully wrapped creations.

Chocolate figures

The chocolate glistens under the foil, you can hear a gentle crackling sound as you open it and the beguiling aroma of the wrapped chocolate fills the air. This simple but exceptionally versatile packaging gives every chocolate creation that certain something. Of course, the size should be perfectly matched to the delicacy to be packaged. We have everything from cellophane bags for a very small Easter bunny to large bags for a fat reindeer or a shiny chocolate high heel. For chocolate figures, we always recommend transparent bags with a gold base. These provide additional stability and give the figures a flat base under their feet, hooves, paws and wheels. A dab of liquid chocolate can be used to stick the figurines to them, preventing them from tipping over or sliding sideways.

All kinds of sweets and other things

Of course, all kinds of things, sweets as well as non-edible items, can be packaged in transparent bags. From homemade gummy bears and sweets to soap and bath bombs. Everything that should be protected and visible by the packaging is perfectly protected in a see-through bag.

What tools and accessories are available for wrapping chocolate?

Beautiful bags alone are sometimes not enough to present your treats perfectly. Here you will find additional accessories to round off your creations.

Loops with clip

Transparent bags can be closed well with a ribbon and a pretty bow. But often the bow just doesn't want to be perfect, the bag is closed at an angle and the stitch has to be straightened again after transportation. With the stitches with clip, this is a problem of the past. The elegant bow is already made and holds, the bag can easily be closed with a clip. This also makes it very easy to open the bag, pinch a piece and then close it again just as neatly as before. You can order the pretty clips from us online in addition to the bags.

Cardboard pendant

Where there is a bow, you can also attach a beautiful tag. Label them with names or small messages and attach them with a fine golden thread or directly to the bow, for example.

Aluminum foils

The thin, colorful aluminum foils are perfect for delicious pralines, chocolate eggs and chocolate bars. They allow you to effortlessly present the best quality. The aluminum foil protects the chocolate from moisture and light so that it stays fresh for a long time.

Chocolate beetle legs

As we all know, you eat with your eyes, and what could be better than these cute decorations? With the right mold, you can make a fun chocolate beetle in no time at all. Then simply stick the beetle onto the corresponding beetle feet with a little chocolate - a real eye-catcher!

What do I need to bear in mind when wrapping high-quality chocolate?

Once the perfect packaging has been chosen and the wonderful chocolate specialties have been made, it's time to put together an impressive gift for the recipient. Similar principles apply to the storage of couverture and chocolate. To preserve their freshness, we recommend keeping them cool, but not too cold. A dry cellar without direct sunlight is ideal, while a damp refrigerator with different odors from vegetables or cheese should be avoided. Make sure that chocolates, for example, are pleasantly cool before packaging to prevent them from melting due to hand heat.
Safe transportation of the product is crucial, as it would be a shame if the lovingly made delicacy was damaged. If you are transporting a chocolate figure in a transparent bag, it can be placed at the top of the bag to protect it.

If you place the figure or a chocolate high heel on a golden base, you can easily secure it with some chocolate and pack the bag in this way. Bar shapes are particularly easy to secure and can be easily stacked in high-quality packaging and taken anywhere.
If your treats don't look quite perfect, there are always ways to embellish small imperfections. Use white chocolate or pearls to hide air holes. With glitter spray or powder, you can make your delicacies even shinier and more attractive and conceal any lack of shine. Small mistakes will no longer be noticeable!
