High Heels Course

"Give a girl the right shoes and she'll conquer the world!" - Marilyn Monroe

You love shoes more than anything and especially high heels? Then this is the perfect course for you or your best colleague! In this course you can design your dream shoe and conquer the world with it. We will show you how it's done. In this High Heels course, you get to mould your own chocolate shoe and also make a chocolate bar with your favourite ingredients. Our trained chocolatiers will show you how it works. You don't need any previous experience for this course. First of all, we polish the shoe mould with kitchen paper so that our high heel has a beautiful shine at the end. After the polishing, each person casts their own shoe out of chocolate. You can choose from the best Swiss couvertures in white, dark or milk chocolate. Please note that we do not cover the tempering of couverture on this course. If you would like to learn how to temper couverture correctly, we recommend our couverture tempering course.

Buttercream Cupcakes

Now comes the creative part of the High Heels course - decorating. To do this, each participant first gets a piece of exercise paper. The first attempts can now be made on this paper. True to the motto "practice makes perfect". As soon as you have found a suitable pattern for your chocolate high heel, you can apply it to your own chocolate shoe and decorate the high heel with delicate details. Finally, brush the shoe with edible food colouring. To give the chocolate high heel a real WOW effect, the shoe can be decorated as desired with a special sugar paste for lace decorations called Cake Lace. This gives you a variety of ways to decorate the shoe. For example, glue a stitch onto the toe of the shoe or embellish the sole of the shoe with a matching border. Last but not least, we will give the chocolate shoe the finishing touch with a beautiful border decoration made of sugar pearls or chocolate. And if, at the end of the course, you think the shoe is incomplete, there's still some glitter missing! Finally, the chocolate shoe is glued onto the chocolate bar you made yourself, wrapped and decorated with a beautiful bow. At room temperature, the chocolate shoe can be kept for up to 6 months.
