Making lollipops from fruit candy into own shapes

If you work without templates, you can give free rein to your own imagination. Heat fruit juice and then run it on a large spread baking sheet into shapes of your own choosing. If you use a brush instead of a spoon, it's easier to paint an individual shape. You can get fancy color gradients by using different juices and then letting them run into each other. Pour in the stalk while everything is still liquid and then, after drying, carefully remove it from the baking paper.
