What different tools and accessories are available for the elegant packaging of chocolate?

Various accessories are available to perfect every chocolate creation and guarantee the best possible packaging. They improve the protection and appearance of your treats.

Meshes

An attractive bow in the right color is always a great idea! You will find a wide selection of bows with clips in our range. These are extremely practical for closing gift bags. However, they are not suitable for wrapping chocolates and cakes. Instead, we recommend using a ribbon, tying a pretty bow and adding the finishing touch.

Cardboard tag

Cardboard tags are the perfect addition to a gift or a kind of seat assignment. Take the opportunity to attach a pretty tag to the wrapped treat. Personalize it with loving words or a name and attach it to the bow. Choosing the right tag plays an important role - whether for Christmas, Valentine's Day or other celebrations, there is the right motif for every occasion. Show your creativity and set accents with individual tags!

Chocolate capsules

With the chocolate capsules, your truffles and molded chocolates are not only perfectly presented, but also perfectly protected when you give them as gifts. The capsules prevent a mess and protect the fine treats from damage. You can choose between paper and aluminum moulds. The latter are also perfect for filling directly with solid ganache. There are also special formats among the paper molds, for example for elongated pralines or mini éclairs.

Aluminum foil

If you make delicious truffles or chocolate eggs, thin, colorful aluminum foils are the ideal choice! They help you to present your products with the quality and appearance they deserve. By using aluminum foil, you protect your chocolate from moisture and light, which ensures long-lasting freshness. Wrap your treat in this thin foil and see for yourself how it looks and then enjoy the delicate chocolate aroma as you let the treat melt in your mouth.

May bug feet

Everyone knows the beautifully wrapped and deliciously filled chocolate beetles from the confectionery. So why not try these fun decorations? With the right mold, you can conjure up a fun filled chocolate beetle in no time. Simply use a little chocolate to stick it onto the May bug's feet in the appropriate size and it's ready! You can also buy the matching mold for casting the beetle online and have it delivered in no time.

Cooler bags

Transporting chocolates, chocolate bars and chocolate figures can be particularly tricky in summer. The sun and the heat can quickly cause the beautiful treats to melt. This problem is immediately solved with a cool bag. You can put your creations in it ready-packed, close the zipper and transport them safely and practically. If it is particularly hot or the delicacies have to wait in a car, for example, you can wrap a cooling element in a blanket and place it under the chocolate. This will keep the bag cool for a longer period of time without the chocolates or figures freezing.

What do you need to consider when perfectly wrapping high-quality chocolate?

Once the perfect packaging has been chosen and the delicious chocolate specialties have been produced, it's time to turn them into a fantastic gift for the recipient. Similar to the storage of couverture and chocolate, certain rules also apply here. To preserve their freshness, it is advisable to keep them cool, but not too cold. A dry cellar without direct sunlight is ideal, while a damp refrigerator with different odors from other foods, for example, is not recommended. Before you wrap the chocolates, they should already be nice and cool to prevent them from melting from the heat of your hands.

It is crucial that the product is transported safely to ensure that all the loving work has not been in vain. For truffles and molded chocolates, chocolate capsules and a little tissue paper around the edge of the box can often suffice. If you are transporting a chocolate figure in a transparent bag, place it flat at the top of the bag, for example. For chocolate high heels or figures in a transparent box with a gold base, you can easily secure them with a little chocolate. Bar shapes are easy to stack in high-quality packaging and transport safely in a bag or rucksack.

If your treats don't look perfect, there are simple ways to make them look better. Use white chocolate, nut pieces or pearls to hide small imperfections. You can use glitter spray or powder to embellish surfaces and give them a new shine so that any imperfections are barely noticeable. If chocolate often remains in the mold or comes off without gloss, we recommend our blog post on tempering couverture. Once you have read it, your new knowledge will support you in the process and it will certainly work better straight away. So dive into the world of chocolate with joy and without worries and enjoy the experience of making delicious and beautiful chocolate products on your own!
