In our Cookie Basic Course, you will learn different techniques to finish cookies with royal icing (also called egg white icing). The most difficult thing is to achieve the perfect processing consistency. If the mixture is too soft, the icing will run down the edge of the cookie; if it is too firm, the surface will not be smooth. In this course we will show you which consistency is suitable for which decorating techniques and how to make it. In our course, each person may decorate about 8-10 cookies as desired.
