Ice cream mold cat, 3 pieces

With a cute animal motif, the homemade popsicle can be enjoyed even a little better. Each mold consists of three parts and is so easy to close, freeze and clean.

Ice cream molds - Application

At the beginning, of course, a suitable ice cream mass must be prepared. In this form you can freeze all kinds of ice creams and sorbets, you can learn various recipes in our ice cream and sorbet course. If it should be a little easier, you can mix for example some natural yogurt with Monin syrup of your choice. Try it every now and then to see if it tastes good or if you need a little more syrup. For a sorbet, a delicious syrup or fruit puree of your choice is also suitable.

The glacé mixture is then filled into the mold with the glacé sticks. The whole thing is closed with the lid and placed in the freezer. After a few hours, the lid can be opened and the homemade ice cream can be removed using the stem. It's so easy to create your own icy refreshment.

Making ice cream is also great fun for children. Let the children choose for themselves and provide different ingredients. With some yogurt, nut pieces and berries or a diluted fruit puree and fruit pieces, the children create a healthy treat according to their own taste, in the great animal shape the ice cream tastes even better!

After shaping the ice cream, the mold can be used again for the same mass or washed and stored in the cupboard until the next use. So you can enjoy a particularly fresh summer or a really icy winter!
