In this class we will make a very popular French pastry classic, the baguette. If you go to Paris, you can't miss the classic baguette! Everyone knows them and everyone loves them. Crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. You can recognize the baguette by its elongated appearance and its deep, long curved and slanted incisions on the surface of the bread. In our baguette course you will learn how to bake a crispy baguette from simple ingredients like flour, water, salt and yeast.
