Description

Sauce spoon Ø 6.5 cm

Stainless steel is gladly and often used in the kitchen. Whether as a cooking pot, cooking and baking utensils, or coating various surfaces, the stainless steel is everywhere in the kitchen. Stainless steel is considered to be a particularly pure steel and is also one of the stainless steels. Thus, stainless steel can be put in the dishwasher without any worries. Many cooking spoons are made of stainless steel for exactly these reasons. Plastic usually has the disadvantage of deforming and discoloring over time. The classic version with wood also doesn't look so nice after a while, it becomes brittle and cracked and can't be put in the dishwasher. With this sauce spoon you have a durable sauce spoon thanks to the stainless steel, which is antibacterial due to the surface. The stainless steel sauce spoon thus prevents the formation of germs on the sauce spoon. Your sauce spoon is therefore a perfect all-rounder. So you can serve and enjoy all your delicious sauces for a long time with this spoon.

If you think about it for a moment, there are very many dishes with sauces and each nation has a different special sauce that is typical for that nation. For example, there is the well-known French salad dressing or the Hollandaise sauce for asparagus from France. The Italians are the sauce world champions, because here there is a different sauce for every pasta, sometimes a carbonara, or rather a delicious pesto? Even on the pizza you can find the important tomato sauce with fresh Italian herbs. Did you know that there is even a beer sauce in Germany? Sauces are also indispensable in Asian and American dishes. You know the soy sauce or the oyster sauce from various Asian dishes, but also the barbecue sauce to the best burgers from the USA. In Switzerland, we love our creamy veal schnitzel with a crispy Rösti, don't we?

No matter how you feel today, with this sauce spoon you can perfectly complete all your dishes with a delicious sauce. Often the sauce plays a minor role, so here is a recipe that is unthinkable without the delicious sauce: Steamed noodles with vanilla sauce
For the vanilla sauce you need:
1 vanilla bean
2 packets of vanilla sugar
250 ml full cream
2 egg yolks

Cut open the vanilla bean and scrape out the pulp. Put the vanilla bean, pulp, sugar and cream in a saucepan, mix, bring to the boil and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Take the vanilla bean out of the broth. Now whisk the egg yolks and whisk them into the cream. Slowly heat the mixture to just before boiling point and whisk vigorously until it begins to thicken. Allow the custard to cool, stirring repeatedly. Then place in the refrigerator.

For this you need.
300g flour
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar
20 g fresh yeast crumbled
50 g melted butter
150 ml milk
1 egg
3 dl milk
50 g acacia honey
40 g butter
Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Add butter, milk and egg, knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer until the dough is elastic and smooth. Cover and let rise at room temperature until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
Heat the milk with the honey and butter so that the butter melts. Pour half of it into the prepared pan.
Now you can divide the dough into about 12 equal pieces, form them into balls with a little flour, put them into the glaze and finally sprinkle almond flakes on top.
Now bake the steamed noodles for about 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (convection oven). After 15 minutes, pour the rest of the glaze on top and bake until done. Serve immediately after baking.
Now you can portion the steamed noodles on the plate with a spoon and pour the cold vanilla sauce over them. The delicious steam rises to your nose. Can you smell it already?
