Special bread baking course in Zurich Adliswil

In the special bread course the following breads are made: Spelt bread, farmer bread (Bure bread), whole wheat bread and a root bread (Here only the dough). Our baker makes his dough in front of the course participants and explains what you all have to pay attention to. After that, all course participants make their own bread doughs in two teams on the day of the course. The doughs are weighed by the participants, mixed and kneaded with the help of a small dough machine and later shaped by hand with a lot of love before the dough goes into the oven. But the best comes at the end ... Fine smelling wonderfully crispy bread from the oven, which can be taken home.
