In this course we will make you a pasta pro!
We show you how varied pasta can be and how quickly and easily fresh pasta can be made at home. In Italy, there are two main types of pasta: egg pasta (pasta all uovo) or pasta made from durum wheat semolina / haze (pasta semola di grano duro). From the doughs produced you will learn different types of pasta such as:
Spaghetti alla Chitarra, gnocchi sardi, orecchiette, farfalle, garganelli, pappardelle, fettuccine or stuffed ravioli.
