Lattice cutter application
This lattice cutter, with easy running, is an extremely practical baking accessory that should not be missing in any Swiss kitchen.
Thanks to this useful kitchen helper, you will easily succeed in creating uniform lattice patterns, for example, on your homemade Linz cakes.
Roll out the selected dough for the grid or net pattern to the desired thickness, then roll over it with the grid roller with a little pressure and then carefully pull the grid apart. The handling is quite simple.
The lattice pattern is not only beautiful in classic baked goods such as Linzertorte, covered cakes, pastries and strudels. It also looks great when you use it with puff pastry, for your next aperitif, for example. The lattice decorations are also great on cakes.
The lattice cutter (also called bars pastry cutter) with exact cut is made of plastic and is dishwasher safe. The cutting width is 98 mm, the cutting distance between the individual grid elements is 7 mm.
