If you want to create your own chocolates, mold fine chocolate bars or make a dessert with an unusual shape, the thermoformer is the perfect helper. You can use concrete, a special powder, stone, clay or even a potato to create a model that meets your requirements. Then all you have to do is prepare the device and insert the foil and you're ready to go. In no time at all, you will have your own mold in your hands. You can now fill it with a wide variety of materials, then simply remove it again and your dream product is ready. For example, you can create your own chocolate boxes and dividers in which you can present and sell your self-designed chocolates.

Think about a project to start with - do you want to make your own chocolates, chocolate bars, patisseries, boxes of chocolates or something else, such as soap or small concrete figures? Then choose or sketch the right shape for it. Now you need to make a model of it. If you already have a suitable mold that you would like to reproduce, you can fill it with the powder mixed with water, which is supplied, and leave it to dry. You can also use the insert of a box of chocolates as a model. You can also make a mold from clay or a potato in no time at all. You can also use slightly harder objects such as stones, shells or hard fruit. Pre-printing the model with a 3D printer is also very popular.

Then prepare the appliance for use. Plug in the two plugs and connect a vacuum cleaner with a power of at least 2000 watts using the black vacuum hose. Then set the temperature and time on the front, use this foil to set the temperature to level 5 and the time to two minutes. By folding up the handles, the upper frame can be moved upwards and locked into place. Then remove the protective film from the plastic sheet, place it at the bottom and secure it with the top frame. As soon as the light of the temperature display is permanently green, you can move the two frames with the foil upwards and press the start button for the time measurement.

The foil is now heated from above, while you can arrange your models on the free surface. The foil begins to curl slightly, as soon as it becomes a little wavy at the edges, you can quickly pull it down and over the models using the frames. The vacuum cleaner switches on, the film takes on the desired shape and cools down. The shape is perfectly adapted to the model, even details as small as a grain of sand can still be seen. After a few seconds, you can release the upper frame and remove the foil with the model. If you no longer need the appliance, switch the temperature setting to 0 and release the model from the foil by pressing lightly on the side of the mold. You now have your first own mold!

The film can now be further processed or used directly, depending on the application. You can cut off any excess film with a cutter. The 0.5 mm thick white film (temperature: 5, duration: 2 min - 2 min 20 s) is easy to paint and is perfect for making the divider insert for a box of chocolates or a painted mask, for example. With the 0.5 mm thick, transparent film (temperature: 5, duration: 2 min - 2 min 20 s), you can create smaller shapes for various materials. If you are planning to cast heavier objects or would like to press in a mass, we recommend the 1 mm thick transparent film (temperature: 6, duration: 1 min - 1 min 20 s) for additional stability.
