In unserem aufbauenden Tortengrundkurs 2 darf jeder Teilnehmer vier eigene Torten anfertigen. Im Zentrum steht das Hantieren mit unterschiedlichen Tortenglasuren, auch bekannt als Mirror Glaze, sowie die Herstellung von verschiedenen eigenen Schokoladendekorationen. Zudem stellt jeder Kursteilnehmer sein eigenes Fruchtgelee sowie zwei verschiedene Knusperböden her.
